My story
Apparently those who choose to be doulas, are the woman who belive that giving birth is a key event in womens life, or at least that is plays very impirtant role. I'm a very good example of it.
My way to become a doula (or I should say hypno-doula), started in delivery room, right after my first hypnobirth. Couple minutes after I saw my little girl, filled with an amazing peace, with only one thought in my head that it was a beautiful birth, I heared womens scream. Unfortunetly it was not a scream that is motivating body and mind to work. It was a scream full of fear, helplessness and pain.
In that moment I knew, that I want to try to transfer my knowlage about power of the mind and autohypnosis in birth to other woman.

I believe that every women deserves to have a beautiful birth, to be exactly what she dreamed about, to experience THE PERFECT BIRTH.
How you can recognize a perfect birth? For who you become after this day.
If you find a new strength and discover a goddess inside you, If you find yourself more confident . Even when you are very tired, when you look at the mirror and see this sparkle in your eyes, in that moment you can be sure that you can achieve everything what is in your mind..
You will start to understand that a birth is not only about your baby coming to this world, but it’s also the moment when a new mom is born.
