My Doula services
As doula I never:
First meeting
The first meeting, which takes about an hour is always free. We'll see if "there is chemistry between us :) You will hear about the principles of my work and overall I will encourage you to ask me whatever you want to know about me, my work, birth, my services, etc. After the meeting, you can sleep over with your decision of further cooperation :)
2 meetings before the birth
Normally we meet 2 times before the birth. Then we discuss the birth organizational and logistical topics, I will learn your preferences, what you certainly do not want during birth, take notes of other family members or your other birth partners.
Telephone and e-mail support
You can always write to me or call me. During the stand-birthing (2 weeks before and after the expected delivery day), you can call 24/7. Outside this period, only during the day, except if there is an emergency.
Learning relaxation techniques and coping with stress
I'll show you how quickly and effectively to relax. I'll explain you how the mind affects what is going on in the body. If you are using self-hypnosis in childbirth to, I'll help you to learn it more effectively.
Birth assistance
I'M WITH YOU NO MATTER HOW LONG THE BIRTH WILL LAST. We will discuss your birth preferences at the meetings.
Assessement of my work
I would like you to fill a short survey about my work after We finish our cooperation. This will help me to better serve women in the future.
I do not perform any medical assistance
Do not diagnose diseases and do not give advice in the medical field
I do not make decitions for parents
But I try to ensure the highest possible level of support and care
I do not speak on behalf of the parents in contact with medical staff
This helps prospective parents feel more important and leaves better memories of birth
2 postpartum meetings
I'll help you to organize your life as a young mother. If it's your wish we will discuss your birth experience.
Service packages
The standard package - 2 meeting before and after birth + accompanying you during the birth
Online Package - unlimited e-mail contact during pregnancy + phone call up to 3 hours
Hypnobirth Package - 3 meetings before and 2 after birth + accompaniment on your hypnobirth
Relaxation Package - 3 meetings before and 2 after birth + accompaniment on your childbirth
Childbirth - I can take you to the hospital if needed, support up to three hours after birth
Additional meetings in case you need it.
Packages are just an example of what I can offer you, they are very flexible, and can be freely modified according to your needs.
I realize that pregnancy, childbirth (especially home birth) and the appearance of a new family member can be a real challenge for the home budget. Therefore, the price of services is individual and depends on several factors - primarily on the type of package and your financial capacity.
